Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information
Seoul D&S Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) collects personal information
as described below to provide customer support services.
1. Required personal information
- Name, mobile phone number, email address, IP address, country of
residence, access region, local time zone, internet service provider,
and product serial number
2. Purpose of collection and use
- The Company uses the collected information to determine whether the
user is an existing customer and to provide language options or
services tailored to the customer’s current location.
- The Company may aggregate anonymized customer information and use
the resulting statistical data to analyze usage patterns.
3. Retention and use period
- The Company retains and uses personal information for the periods
specified below. Once the applicable retention period expires, the
information will be destroyed without undue delay.
· Information collected through telephone or website after-sales
service requests and consultations: 5 years
· Information collected in connection with after-sales service,
product exchanges or refunds, and purchases of consumables: 5 years
· Information collected through website inquiries: 3 years
- After-sales service and consultation records, information about
purchased products, and certain log information may be retained in a
form that does not identify individuals for statistical analysis and
service improvement.
Where applicable laws of the Republic of Korea—including the
Commercial Act, the Framework Act on National Taxes, and the Act on
Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce—require information to be
retained to verify transaction-related rights and obligations, the
Company will retain it for the legally required period. Such
information will be used solely for the purpose for which it is
retained.

· Personal information contained in vouchers or similar documents:

· Names, telephone numbers, and other information required to identify
users when providing communication confirmation data: 12 months

· Where a complaint, lawsuit, or other dispute between the Company and
a customer is not resolved within the applicable retention period:
until the dispute is resolved
4. Right to refuse consent and consequences
- Customers have the right to refuse consent to the collection and
use of their personal information. However, customers who do not
provide consent cannot submit a service inquiry through this form.
5. Age restriction
- Individuals under the age of 14 may not request services or
purchase consumables.
